Career Choice is Amazon’s transition-assistance program. Career Choice provides eligible employees with financial assistance to pursue training in high-demand career paths. Whether Amazonians choose to build their careers here, or elsewhere, we want to help them succeed.

Career Choice prepays or reimburses up to 95% of tuition and associated fees, and reimburses for required textbooks, up to the yearly or lifetime maximum benefit amount.

Career Choice was first launched in the United States in 2012.  By 2014, the program was available in nine additional countries including the UK, Poland, Italy, Spain, France and Germany.

Last year, the program expanded to South Africa, Costa Rica and Slovakia.
