Madelyn Abreu is Global Category Manager for Professional Services at Roche. For the last year Madelyn has lead a multidisciplinary team for the development of a Global Template for the management of Contingent Workforce, which is currently being rolled out to the main sites in the organization. During this exercise Madelyn has steered the collaboration across functions and geographies to develop end to end processes for the category, as well as supporting systems configuration.

Claire has been with Nationwide since 2003 and spent the first 8 years of her career working in Operational Risk roles across Nationwide supporting the Retail Branch Network, Back office operations and then HR. Claire moved into Resourcing in 2012 where she led the Strategy & Specialist Services Team before moving into her current role, Head of Workforce Supply Management in July 2017.

Part of the Resourcing Leadership Team, Claire is accountable for Nationwide’s Contingent Workforce implementing and managing an effective supply chain, ensuring appropriate controls are applied and that there is the right level of visibility and reporting. This is a brand new role for the Society and has been implemented as part of a key focus for the Society on its Contingent Workforce.

A member of Nationwide’s Rising Star programme, Claire has been a finalist for Nationwide’s Employee of the year three times in 2012, 2014 and 2017. In November 2016, Claire won the UK In House Recruitment Manager of the year award at the In House Recruitment Network Awards.

Since 2017 Daniel worked at Amazon being responsible for managing all spend on Opex and Services Procurement in EMEA including significant spend on labour and contingent workforce services.

Yvette Spijkerman is Sourcing Manager Labor, within Procurement of Tata Steel IJmuiden. She is responsible for all temporary labor contracts in NL and other HR Recruitment services.

Yvette started her career as an engineer and worked abroad in Greece, Denmark and Poland as a production manager within the clothing industry. She joined Tata Steel at 2006 within IT procurement and did some outsourcing projects in the UK. Over the last seven years she fully focused on temporary labor and in close cooperation with Recruitment they introduced a central department, the Flexcentre, where all requisitions comes in.

Over the last years she had to deal with several changes within law and legislations and because of that, she starts a master on labor law. Yvette is contributing in several networks with other corporate companies about labor and procurement.

Gonneke has been active in global business change and transformation programmes for over 15 years both in Unilever and other top fortune 100 companies when she was working as a management consultant in London.
