Suhas is the Global Category Lead responsible for strategy and delivery of procurement transformation for HR Services and External Workforce spend at Teva Pharmaceuticals, covering over $800million+ in spend across 40+ countries. In alignment with Teva’s Global Procurement and Global talent strategies, his team manages complex global requirements while building trust across international boundaries to enable talent attraction, engagement, retention and deliver significant year over year cost efficiencies and working capital improvements. Prior to Teva Suhas worked across number of other Indirect spend areas at companies like Accenture, CIGNA, and Elsevier for over 15 years. In addition, he has spent time in consulting roles helping large companies in Pharma, Financial and CPG sectors drive their procurement transformation efforts.
