Paul Vincent (Past Speaker)

Paul joined Hays Talent Solutions in May 2019 and is globally responsible for the definition, marketing and delivery of their Procurement and Statement of Work related services.

He has spent the past three and a half years working on the supply side of the workforce solutions industry and before joining Hays Paul led the contingent product portfolio for KellyOCG.  Before joining Kelly, Paul spent 6 years running his own consultancy practice helping organisations of all shapes and sizes to buy and sell professional business services most effectively. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and Black Belt trained in Lean Six Sigma. 

Prior to establishing Insight Sourcing Solutions, Paul spent 24 years working for BT Group plc where he held a series of senior level procurement, commercial and change management roles. During his career he has been a buyer, provider, budget holder and consumer of business services and this relatively unusual blend of expertise means he has a very perceptive understanding of resource related challenges.  He regularly contributes to industry publications and is a seasoned keynote speaker.
