For over 20 years Michel held several management positions within the staffing, consulting and logistics industries across Europe, Asia and the US markets. Within Randstad Sourceright, Michel is the Global Director of the Talent Innovation Center. In this capacity he and his team are driving the service expansion of both the MSP and RPO offerings. Unleashing the power of sourcing, driving employer branding, transforming data into insights and the rapid adoption of HR technologies, are some of the key themes in his world today.
