Maarten is the Head of Workforce Strategy at Philips HR and developing a Total Workforce Management strategy. He started at Philips in 2015 as the Global category lead for Contingent Labor within Procurement. Before that he worked at Dutch telecom giant KPN and a.o. managed their IT offshore program from India.
