Kai Pika is Global Head of HR Transformation at AXA IT. Kai is currently leading the change management to set-up an integrated workforce program. During his career Kai has acted as operational HRD in insurance as much as Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, professional Coach and Scrum Master. He gained strong people management expertise integrating the dimensions of NWOW, agile practice and digital transformation. Leveraging a cross-functional view on the future of work, while focussing on true collaboration, is one of Kai’s personal convictions.
