Jyothi started her 23-year career in procurement at First Engineering, a railway infrastructure business. For the past 2 years she has led the HR and Marketing procurement function at Smith and Nephew, managing annual spend in excess of $200M USD. She manages a team of 3 procurement professionals and reports directly into the SVP Procurement and Supply Chain.
