Julie Le Grand (Past Speaker)

Julie has 15 years’ experience as senior manager in procurement with proven ability to optimize and lead global portfolios in multi-cultural and challenging environment. She is passionate about true collaboration with stakeholders and identifying value for the business by setting up real partnership with vendors. Before joining PMI as a Global Professional Services procurement manager, she worked in the agricultural industry as well as for FMCGs, solving challenges in indirect and direct procurement. Together with her team, Julie is now actively supporting PMI in its  transformation towards a smoke free future which is bringing lots of challenges for the People and Culture community (HR).
