James Hick (Past Speaker)

As Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Enterprise, James is accountable for delivering world-class workforce solutions across our Enterprise clients. Harnessing the capability of our connected brands Experis, Manpower and ManpowerGroup Solutions, James leads the delivery of critical workforce management programmes and some of the most challenging workforce transformations in the UK and globally. James is also the Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Solutions, and is accountable for designing and delivering outcome-based talent driven solutions across Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Programmes (MSP), and End User Services (EUS). James has previously held the positions of ManpowerGroup Sales and Marketing Director and Client Services Director, where he was responsible for Manpower’s transactional finance activity.
