Jack Bircher (Past Speaker)

Having spent several years in practice as a solicitor with a general civil practice, Jack moved into procurement within Jaguar Land Rover, as part of the Professional Services Team. He developed and executed strategic sourcing and contracting in relation to a range of services, with a focus on HR related services - specifically Training, Purchased Services, and Permanent and Temporary Recruitment services. In September 2016, Jack moved into HR, reporting into the Director for Talent Acquisition, to focus on developing and implementing a team responsible for meeting the business' temporary labour requirements from a central perspective, as part of a move towards a total talent management approach.
