Geraldine Yung (Past Speaker)

Géraldine Yung has 12 years’ experience in HR and currently leads the Global Experience Improvement Team Attraction at UCB. She is responsible of the overall experience linked to the talent attraction, selection & onboarding at UCB as well as the current Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program at UCB. Géraldine and Wietse Nauwelaerts will explain why and how UCB’s Purchasing and Talent community initiated a partnership to go beyond traditional RPO and MSP and implement a single blended solution.
