Denis Gelman-Riis (Past Speaker)

Denis Gelman-Riis is Director, Global Procurement Strategy for LEO Pharma – a company focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing pharmaceutical drugs to dermatologic and thrombotic patients in more than 100 countries globally. In the role Mr. Gelman-Riis is responsible for Procurement Strategy & Innovation, Cost Optimisation & Special Projects, Data and Analytics, with a direct team of seven professionals from Procurement and Finance as well as larger indirect project teams. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Gelman-Riis has worked in various leadership roles, with a commercial focus, across several industries and several countries. Mr. Gelman-Riis international experience includes strategic development work, leadership of various sized teams, cost optimization project, procedure &  process creation. Denis Gelman-Riis is currently based in Denmark. Mr. Gelman-Riis is a frequent contributor to industry conferences as a speaker, panelist and moderator.
