Andreas Hettwer (Past Speaker)

Andreas has been working for Capgemini since 2004 in different Procurement roles, starting as a category manager for contingent workforce up to being the European CPO. He currently heads the global Procurement category for contingent workforce and professional services at Capgemini covering more than 40 countries worldwide. One of his key accountabilities is the evolution of the existing global contingent workforce program towards a total talent management linking HR, Procurement and Resource Supply Chain.  Objective is to face the dramatic changes in the labor market, addressing all talents  - whether they want to be employed or contracted – and retaining them. Before Andreas joined Capgemini he worked as an inhouse consultant for the software company BAAN where he established sustainable consulting structures in a fast growing environment. Andreas holds a university degree in industrial engineering.
